Restaurants & Bars

I did a search on this restaurant and am surprised that not much has been written about this place. My husband and I go there quite often but last night's dinner was probably the best we've had so far. It's a pan asian restaurant (mainly Southeast Asian) located in Newtonville. They have quite an extensive menu so it's always fun to go and try something new. For appetizers, though I have to say, we're not very adventurous. We always get the fresh spring rolls and then we alternate between the mussels with coconut milk or the fried calamari (my personal fave). For entrees last night, my husband ordered a fish dish, which I can't quite remember the name. It's something like fish le dat. It was fried fish in a sweet and a pretty spicy sauce. I ordered the chicken cashew dish (not the same as the cantonese version). Both were very tasty dishes and went quite well with the white rice. Needless to say, we ate everything up, which is a good thing. The only negative thing I have to say about this restaurant is that I do not like their noodle soups or pho. It's not as good as Pho Pasteur's or at other Vietnamese restaurants.
