Hi all -- I need some cooking advice. I'm going to be cooking some lamb rib chops, and usually when I make them, I do it on a charcoal grill. However, its raining and grilling is out of the picture. What other methods do you suggest? Broiling? Sauteeing or cooking over the stove? They are small and tender, and I don't want to risk over-cooking them. I have a cast iron pan, and a cast iron grill pan, and also a George Forman grill, but my experience with meats on the latter is that they come out more steamed than grilled. Thanks for any tips!
