Took a late lunch at Lake Spring on Garvey to taste the volcanic pork pump - a porcine pleasure of purposeful popularity (and two people couldn't even eat half of it). Splendid dish and the presentation of spliting the pump (hock) down the middle and dribbling sauce into the interior was a sight to behold. We ordered jade shrimp as a balance (suggested in their blurb). It was up there in the top five of most delicious things ever eaten. Since I am mourning the depart of Knoll's Black Forest and their Eisbein - this is a wonderful treat. A love a restaurant that welcomes you for lunch at 2.45 in the afternoon.
