I'm interested in booking dinner at La Truffiere in Paris, but I have a question. My wife is visually impaired, and reduced lighting ("candlelight dining" here in the U.S.) is too dark for her to see her plate and her meal. (She sees well in broad daylight, but needs assistance at night walking to avoid tripping, falling, etc)
Most Parisian restaurants that we've been to have been very well-lit, for which she is grateful. The website pix of La Truffiere suggest it is well-lit, though I can't be certain if this is so. Anyone eaten there who can tell me about the lighting? Also, dark staircases are a safety problem for my wife, is this a restaurant that may not be a good choice for her?
