LA TIMES review of Eating Chinese in LA

OK. I'll let the "flyover" remark stand about Shandong and the North, even though EVERY Chinese book I have on the subject will include it in the "four great" or "six great" cuisines (Lu [Shandong], Yue [Cantonese], Dian [Yunnan], Min [Fujian], Shu [Szechwan], and Huaiyang [jiangsu and zhejiang provinces/Yangzhou, Suzhou, Hangzhou/ "Shanghai" in the US).

But - where are the fact checkers? Why are they touting Quanjude and JZY cafe? They've both been closed for at least a year.
