So I'm an Italian from NY and I really miss the East Coast pizza places. But now I can eat to my hearts content right here in my own hometown. Go figure. So it's not "in the water" folks, don't be fooled, it's in "how it's done". The pizza brings back memories of my little kid days. No, joke, this really is the best pizza I've had in the West Coast. And I can't say enough about the eggplant parm. Sorry, Gramma! FOGETABOUTIT!
