It's at the same free-standing spot that previously housed Piatto, on E. Main Street (Boston Post Road) at the New Rochelle/Larchmont border, next to the Mercedes dealership. There is a big, colorful rooster on the logo, and management boasts Farm+Barn atmosphere and cuisine. You have to see it! And judging from a few courses we tried last night, it is a winner! We tasted a nice cross section of dishes: Fried Calamari; house made Meatballs with ricotta; Beef Carpaccio; decadent homemade Ravioli con Funghi; a lovely Salmone Livornese; tender Sliced Beef Filet with brussels sprouts; and homemade Cheesecake with berry sauce.
