I'm home with the flu and placed a lunch order over one hour ago... these bozos don't mention anything on their website and even send an email confirmation with delivery time. Yet when I call to check on my order (30 minutes late already) I am unable to get anyone on the line. Yet their incredible stupidity known no bounds as even the automated voice message repeats that "all customer service agents are busy, please wait on the line"... So my question is, are they actually closed for construction holidays or something and I am lying here in bed impatiently waiting for a food order that will never be filled? Some freakin' nerve... I was never a fan save these sorta last ditch scenarios, but if this is indeed the fact, I'm through with them forever! Can anyone confirm my suspicions?
