A la carte dining at steakhouses

A post on the South board and recent discussions with my husband reminded me just how much I hate the a la carte dining style of steakhouses such as Ruth's Chris, Morton's, Flemings, etc. I much prefer to go to a steakhouse and have a nice, reasonably sized, steak with a side of my choice on my plate and a small, but good, salad included. Am I alone on this?
