La Capra Coffee -- is the 4th Wave upon us? [San Francisco]

True coffee lovers will see a glimmer of hope in an item in Marcia Gagliardi's latest Tablehopper newsletter. It seems that restaurateurs Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal have partnered with Hanna Suleiman of Caffè Greco to create an "Italian-inspired" roast for their new FiDi coffee house "La Capra"

Caffe Greco? Italian roast? From the creators of Town Hall, Anchor & Hope and Salt House? Pore over that!

Is this the beginning of a 4th Wave coffee trend? Is the Rosenthals' epiphany taking us back to the future, to coffee that actually tastes like coffee once again?
