La Caja China pig roast - recipes/tips?

For those of you who have done it before, can you offer any specific brining recipes or tips? Did you use the recipe that comes with La Caja China, or is there something more delicious? This is for a 65 lb. pig. Any help with the brining process for a pig this size would be much appreciated. Thanks.
