went to Kuma inn for dinner last night, slight wait because it was a beautiful evening but that's expected on a Fri. night.
the food, so the food was good, not great but very good. We had 6 plates (tapas style) that worked well with the sake they serve. The chinese sausage was awesome, sweet pan fried with sticky rice and a house spicey sauce, the oyster omlette was nice and the veggie of the day was baby bok choy that was a little salty, we also had the pork loin which was nice and tender as well was the shrimp shu mai that came with an incredible sweet soy sauce.
design was nice as well, the place is a small apartment located on the second floor with rice filled bamboo stalks on the wall, soft lighting and comfortably romantic atmosphere.
all in all it was a nice meal with fair prices, I would recommend 6 plates for 2 people. total cost was 95.00 including tip and drinks (beer/wine only) and a nice meal.
