Kossar's at Grand Central

I stopped in to the new Food Court at Grand Central. Mostly beautiful, overpriced food. One exception was Adrian's Caravan, which I believe does a thriving mail order spice business, and so might have some fresh, good spices and that sort of thing. The other perhaps redeeming feature is that the bakery near the street entrance (Lexington near 43rd) was selling bags of Kossar's bialys. Didn't see any bagels and didn't have a chance to ask yet, but I will. Wow, to be able to get real bagels without a pilgrimage to the Lower East Side would be really nice... I did try an almond croissant from the same bakery-- not outrageous, but buttery, almondy, flakey and good.
