Kosher fish sauce (Thai cuisine)

Is there a kosher certfied fish sauce or fish paste of the type that Thai recipes seem to call for? And is tehre a non-fish substitute with the same balance of vinegary acidic touch to use in meat dishes? ANy knowledgeable Thai chef out there... what do the handful of kosher Thai restaurants use, or do they make their own?
