Korean "New York Bakery" -- unexpected treat

I discovered this place by accident today, and it is really good! They opened just a month or so ago. This place is so new that they don't have any signs in English or menus -- but the owner/baker speaks English, and, as always, smiling and pointing cross language barriers. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bakery has a terrific selection of Korean cakes and pastries, plus many that seem to have a French influence (bean as well as buttercream fillings). We tried sponge cake that had a strawberry, cinnamon and nut/bean filling, also sponge cake with buttercream, and slices of firm pastry filled with black and green bean fillings. I saw many people carrying away bowls of soup or stew filled in the kitchen, but didn't find out what they were. Also, this place has the best bubble tea!!! They mix in real fruit with the syrups, whipped cream, and green tapioca pearls (they had a fresher taste than the more usual black ones).
Location: The SE corner of the intersection of Lee Hwy and Braddock/Old Centreville Roads, in the Old Centreville Crossing Shopping Center. This is just east of Rte. 28.
