I've had a couple lunches at Seh Ja Meh, at 26 John St (a couple blocks East of the World Trade Center). It's good. Not the best Korean in NYC, but the area is a virtual wasteland, and this place is pretty good.
For one thing, spicy means spicy.
Today I had Mehwoon Galbi Tang (spciy stew simmered beef short ribs soup). The beef was, to my taste, kind of overcooked, but the soup was delicious.
The banchan are good, if not as copious as some places.
