Korean restaurant with private dining area?

jznomg | Feb 3, 2011 06:49 AM

Hi, I'm looking for a space to hold a wedding rehearsal dinner for about 25 people. Since we're both Korean-Americans, we thought it'd be fun to have it at a Korean restaurant (preferably in or near K-town in Manhattan, so we can take the family out for some karaoke afterwards).

I did a search and saw that one person in the past had recommended Chom Chom in Midtown - never been, looks nice and looks like it has a nice private space, but may be a bit out of our budget.

I know Kang Suh has private rooms, but I was told they only hold 20 people. A place called Don's Bogam's BBQ says it has private dining on its website, but when we went to go check it out, nobody knew what we were talking about (and it wasn't a language issue!).

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
