On a recent trip to Chef Hsu (good for Black Bean Noodles), my wife an I decided to try out the Paris Bleu pastry shop after we stopped in the Ko-mart on Royal. We took a brief walk around the Ko-Mart and I presonally liked the one in Irving a bit better. That aside we decided to take a gander at the area and took a drive around to spot some new spots. Maybe we can get some feedback?

Maru - (this place was a bit busy on a Friday night...it is off Harry Hines south of Royal around the corner from a hidden Korean Market)
Mi Mi Yu - next to Paris Bleu in the newest shopping center close to Royal @ Emerald) said they have Shabu Shabu, Sushi, and Udon

Saru ? - in the Shopping center with Ko-Mart upstairs?
Namoo - on Goodnight this one was behind a "spa" and sure was packed Goodnight was almost impassable from the amount of cars
Mirak - next to Paris Bleu...saw most people going to Mi Mi Yu
La (had some Korean writing after the large LA) - guess they specialize in Beef Noodle soup since that was on the signage.

The places that looked most interesting are LA, Namoo and Mi Mi Yu....since they seemed to have a crowd there....plus I love different soups!
