I love Korean BBQ. The place we go to is quite authentic. When we do order the BBQ, it comes with quite a few items including a bowl of garlic and green chilis. Now, the garlic, we usually throw on the grill to cook and then place it in the lettue with our meat to eat. However, I'm not sure what to do with the green chili. We've put it on the grill before but the waitress told us not to do so. Can someone enlighten me as to what to do?
Also, there is also a small bowl of bean paste and a small bowl of what looks like salt w. sesame oil. Am I right in that the meat is to dipped in these prior to going into the lettuce for eating?
