I want to know if there is a place in L.A where I can get a Kobe Filet Mignon. I have found a place back when I was living in Seattle (Canlis Restaurant)where they serve the most delicious kobe filet mignon and they even have it dry aged too on some occasion. Just wondering where I can get one like this in L.A. Most of what I found is restaurants either serving Kobe beef Sirloin, Ribeye, or even Flank; which in my opinion is far less superior than the Filet Mignon. If any of you know about such a place, I really appreciate it.
