So I'm hooked on no-knead bread. SO easy! I've been using the basic recipe from "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" and the Jim Lahey bake-in-preheated-pot method for baking. The bread is delicious with a to-die-for crispy crust. But there's one thing I'd like to improve on and that's the density of the finished bread. I'd like to get a lighter bread with more and larger air spaces. What would I have to modify in order to have that result? Thanks!
