Has anyone had experience with the Kitchenaid pasta attachment? AND If you had a handcrank Atlas would you switch?
BTW: I've used a meat grinder attachment to the KAid for years with great success. I never buy store ground meat anymore, even before the scare about salmonelle & co.
Hamburgers made with one grinding using the larger die have a great texture - just a little chew to them instead of the "paste" texture (a matter of personal taste, of course).
