kitchen essentials for extremely small studio (>150 sq. ft.)

I would like to redo my gf's kitchen equipment in her super small studio. I just wanted to see what you feel are the most important things to have in arsenal so she can cook anything comfortably.

Some info about her is she is Asian and really likes to eat seafood especially shrimp and tilapia. She doesn't have a real table because of a lack of space, I think this is the exact table that she has:

She is a huge pack rat and has a ton of plastic bowls and plates and some crappy pots and pots and a skillet. This is what she cooks on:

So, this is what I have been thinking about:

two new burners:

entire Le Creuset set:
cast iron Dutch Oven, cast iron Skillet, Stock Pot, Steamer Basket (microwave substitute), Kettle, Saucepan, cast iron Wok, mortar & pestle, utensils/measuring stuff

if a countertop oven makes sense then:
Covered Casserole, Baking Dish

I am thinking of putting a pressure cooker and food processor there as the last two items but I'm not sure what is the best in the business for those two.

She really messed up the Toitkshwa21 knife that I bought a while back so this time I want to get her a knife that does not have to be wiped down every time she puts it down. She just will not remember. I have recommendations for the old thread that I made about knives but feel free to add more here if it is not listed in the old thread:

So, from what I have read and posted above, Le Cruset is what I will use for everything since it is the leader that most professional chefs use except for the last two I mentioned.

Side note: She also would like to get into baking but I do not know if it is wise for her me to buy her a countertop oven since from what I have seen online (I don't see them in any stores here) they are pretty big and she may have to give up too much space for it to be a worthwhile purchase. If you all feel it is definitely worth it then I'll have to make a new list to explore the essential tools. :)

So, what do you think? Did I cover everything exactly and she will be able to make any recipe she finds online? Or is it overkill or have I missed some pieces of hardware?
