Am I correct in thinking that KFG specializes in Shandong cuisine? I'm heading there tonight and am interested in something other than the (exceptional, thanks Nomad) Peking Duck.
1. If my assumptions are correct, what Shandong dishes does KFG do especially well?
2. If I am not correct, what cuisines do they specialize in?
3. What are some recs? I am anticipating ordering Peking Ravioli, Pork w. Bean Curd and Scallion pancake. I have heard good things about Mongolian hot pot. Any others? Do they do Yellow River/sweet and sour carp (Shandong). Things not to miss? I am hoping to find dishes that are either unique or otherwise exceptional (obviously).
