this will be the second time that i pick up a "warehouse" size box of them. the first time around, it was a no brainer. called out the family and a few friends, a quick steam, pop open a few beers, dip in butter and add a squeeze of lemon.
this time around, i would like to try something a bit different. when i first started my crab fetish, it was dungeness crab, quick boil in water and beer. that evolved to garlic roasted, then sweet chili, then salt and pepper chinese style. i was wondering if anyone could suggest my next evolution of king crab legs. thanks
