Hoping for a little guidance. Sent the DH to supermarket and asked him to pick up a small roast-but not one of the ones labeled for pot roast or braising. He came home with this, although I don't know what it is or how to cook it. The label said "Boneless NY Sirloin Roast"-which I've never heard of. I was thinking low and slow to get us a medium rare-so I salted it and set it on counter to rest for an hour. I just don't know what it actually is? Appx. 4lbs, 3 inches thick.
