I found this interesting. I love Kind bars but have avoided them only in an attempt to reduce the amount of sweets I eat (the more I consume, the more I want; Kind bars don't actually contain that much sugar but tend to activate my sweet tooth & sugar cravings). I do eat a huge amount of nuts, the source of the saturated fat the FDA finds unacceptable. My cardiologist says people would pay for my cholesterol levels :), good news at age 58 and with a family history of heart disease. I think this is a disappointing use of the FDA's resources.
