I hope I am not offending anyones sense of purity ; }, but, my husband and I were at the local market and the crop of kim chi was bubbly and beautiful. I had just bought bonless, skinless chicken breast (for 38 cents a pound) so we bought the kim chi, too.
We had had pork and kimchi at our favorite Korean haunt, so we thought it would be good together. Kimchi on the bottom, breasts laid on top in a frying pan. Cook til the chicken is done. the kimchi was a little carmelized. Ahhh so yummy!
