I'm talking about regular cabbage kimchee. Where is your favorite place to buy it in jars? I work around the corner from little Korea, by the way. I always seem to be disappointed with most jarred kimchee, probably simply because I like it very pickled, bordering on spoiled. Is the solution to simply leave it unrefrigerated for a day or two? Still, would very much like your thoughts on best sources. Thanks!
