Please help me with this Key Lime Pie recipe

We were at a hotel over the weekend and their Key Lime pie was outstanding. More like a cheesecake than a true pie. I requested the recipe and this is what they sent me. What does # mean? and how do I measure out 5.5 oz of egg yolks?

I have a feeling this is a catering sized pie....

1 ½# Sweetened Condensed Milk
5 ½ oz Egg Yolks
5 ½ oz Key Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients together. Pour into a graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until center is set.
Cool completely and serve well chilled with whipped cream.
