Kentucky Gentleman bourbon

JonParker | Jan 19, 201002:00 PM     3

Yesterday my fiance and I were at the liquor store when she mentioned that she needed some bourbon for a marinade she was making. I suggested she just use the Jim Beam rye I was already buying, but she insisted on bourbon.

I was going to get a bottle of Evan Williams -- fairly cheap but definitely drinkable -- when she came up with something called Kentucky Gentleman for $6.99 for a 750 ml bottle. I was still going to get the Williams, but she insisted that this would do.

So what is this stuff? Paint thinner? I'm afraid to drink it, frankly.
