I'm working my way though a few ccc recipes just to fight the boredom and today is Kenji's day. I'm cutting the recipe in half in an attempt to stretch my supplies. In comparing his with others, the amount of flour is significantly less and has me wondering. Last batch was Tara O'Brady's and hers has double the amount of flour with the same amount of wet.
Anyhow, they are made and resting and as I wait I'd love to hear what you think.
