Kaosan pruning their menu

Zev Sero | May 14, 2002 05:42 PM

If you are a fan of Kaosan (the SE Asian place on
Coney Is Ave, near Eichler's), be aware that to
cut costs they're pruning their menu over the next
few weeks. If there's something you particularly
like, better go have it again before it disappears.
And maybe if enough people order it in the next few
weeks, they'll decide to keep it.

Some stuff I like that's being cut: Corn & Ginger Soup,
Pho, Fermented Black Cod, Thai Fish Cakes. Also, the
Spicy Duck Soup is going to be reformulated as a
chicken soup; it's still duck for the moment, so go
and try it before it disappears!
