A little while back, there was a thread about kale and Sony posted a recipe for a soup that he/she had just whipped up. I've made this soup 3 times already and it's staying on my regular recipe rotation until the last flake of snow melts. I finish the soup with a bit of grated parmesan or gruyere and drizzle a few drops of fruity olive oil on top. It's nutritious, easy to make and tastes amazing. Thanks Sony.
