Hi guys want to make a nice rich jus for Christmas Day to go with Turkey for 14 people want to make my own stock and everything and was wondering-
-how early in advance can I make it
-Some people have said I should use pigs trotters to get it gelatinous
-and also do any of you have any recipes for a jus to go with Turkey?
I'm hoping for a good amount o sauce
