Food choice wise I'm pretty open, but must admit Mexican is usually my last pick (great cuisine - but I inadvertently burned out on it when I first moved to L. A.). Inexpensive would be appreciated (lunch under 10-12 dollars).
My downtown eating experiences had been limited to Phillips, Empress Pavilion, The Pantry, The Pacific Dinning Car, The Bonaventure spinning place, and some fancy place in a high rise across from the Staples Center.
Thanks for your suggestions
