Junket Danish Dessert

Bergenser27 | Nov 19, 201406:15 PM     5

Do you know how *hard* it is to find this?! I used to see it in my local grocery stores (i.e. YEARS ago), but I was thrilled to see it at Market Basket in Oxford, MA.

The Raspberry flavored variety is especially prized, as it makes a great layered pudding dessert (with cooked vanilla pudding), and also makes a wonderful red dessert sauce.

If you find it anywhere else, do let me know!
