July 2021 Cookbook of the Month NOMINATIONS

Caitlin McGrath | Jun 10, 202107:48 PM     34

Welcome to our nominations for July 2021 COTM. We’ll be choosing a book for the first full-fledged month of Northern Hemisphere summer, and all the seasonal ingredients that entails. I don’t know about all of you, but I’m more than ready for the onslaught of tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers, and sweet peppers, not to mention summer fruits, that herald light, bright cooking.

For reference, the COTM Archive lists all our previous selections, going back to 2006: https://www.chowhound.com/cookbook_of...

HOW TO NOMINATE: Please type the titles of books or sites you wish to nominate in ALL CAPS for easy recognition. (If discussing rather than nominating a book, please use regular capitalization to avoid confusion.) Anyone May join in the fun, and you may nominate as many books as you wish, but please nominate books you’d be happy to vote for and commit to cooking from and sharing your results, should your choice win.

NOMINATIONS WILL CLOSE on THURSDAY, JUNE 17 at 11 PM EDT/ 8 PM PDT.

And do keep exploring our June book, Saveur: The New Classics: https://www.chowhound.com/post/june-2...
