I had JR's BBQ for lunch yesterday. I got the 2 meat combo with pork shoulder and rib tips. Rib tips were good, but the super-tender pork shoulder was heavenly. It was like paper-thin sheets of room temp butter when I put my fork in it. I had a choice of mild, medium or hot bbq sauce. I chose hot. Places that I have tried that have a "hot" bbq sauce are still relatively mild. JR's actually had heat and I had ask for refills on lemonade. Next time I'll get medium on a pork shoulder sandwich. Sides were good, beans with bits of meat in it and cole slaw.
