I've given this place a number of chances over the past year and have come to the conclusion that their brisket is never cooked the same twice and very often not good at all. Saturday the meat tasted of little smoke flavor and was extremely dry and stringy, some of it almost to the texture of beef jerky. At $10/lb. they won't be getting any more of my meat business. I'll probably return for the cole slaw (if it's not sold out like Saturday) and potato salad as both are above average. NOTE: Do NOT go there for dinner as they are often out of meat by mid-afternoon.
