I've been a huge Joe's fan. However, lately the quality of the food has been aweful. The beef has been tough, vegies overcooked and the old stand bys very inconsistent.
The walls are growing dirtier and dirtier while the recycled chop sticks must be 15 yrs old.
Recently, my wife and I were seated at 10 mins of 9:00pm and had to listen to the waiter vacuum the rest at 9:30 as we finished our meal. We brought this to the attention of Pat the owner which was of little luck as he was the one who asked the waiter to vacuum, in the first place.
