Went opening day (Tuesday). Standard opening service jitters trying to seat a ton of people, "ran out" of spoons on opening day (gonna need a bigger dishwasher), but the food came out relatively quick. Tried the white ramen and the crispy chicken. Good hanjuku egg (only half, not whole), tender (if a bit limp) chashu, nice crisp karaage.

Made my ramen a "combo" for $4.50 more. Three decent-sized pieces of fried chicken and a small salad with way too big lettuce leaves.
Premium Tonkotsu White for $9.80: pork & chicken broth, pork chashu, kikurage, green onion, seasoned egg.
