Went to Jeon Ju on Olympic the other day for a dol sot bibimbop lunch. Delicious like usual. Great mix of veggies and good meat. And they had those little fish as one of the panchan which are my favorite.
But I ahve a question about eating dol sot bibimbop. I can never get good crispy rice. What is the best way? DO you just let the bowl sizzle for while before mixing with that delicious spicy sauce? Or do you mix quickly and then let it sit? I really need some help on this one.
