Jennis Noodle House

I've been to Jenni's 20 some odd times in the past year because it is in an area that I am interested in for business purposes and I loved the INfernal chicken dish. I also think the owners are good people, that's why it pains me to smash them for my last 2 experiences there. I won't go into to much detail but I will sum up my infernal chicken this way:
1. Smaller portion
2. Uncooked potatoes
3. Broth not as tasty
4. Chicken over cooked
5. Higher price for the dish

If that isn't a recipe for disaster I don't know what is.

After my first experience I sent an email with my concerns to Scott, Jenni's husband. Scott wrote back, didn't really address what I was concerned about but sent me a email with a coupon attachment for a free meal for two. I told him I didn't need the coupon for myself because the waiter had taken 1/2 off our bill. I just told him I hoped the dish would go back to the old way. He sad to keep the coupon anyway.

Anyway, i am done with Jenni's as a regular customer but will go back if some friends want to go there from time to time. I will however go back to my other east side asian favorite, Kanomwan, more often.

Does anyone want my free meal "coupon"?
