Oye vey. I’ve been helping a friend with her kitchen rebuild and fell down this ridiculous wormhole yesterday. Has anyone seen this? JennAir is now hawking ‘ultra lux’ (which always means trash for cash) refrigerators that are painted red inside and have a narrow rectangular panel of pleather (what?why?huh?) in the back INTERIOR of the unit. All this amazing useless lux for only THIRTY THOUSAND dolla! Also, you can get the front panel covered in Italian pleather for only 4K more. Then, if your range is jealous of all this pleather you can have your range rubbed and scuffed up for an additional 30k. But don’t hesitate there’s ‘only 50 available WORLDWIDE’!

Now I’m regretting that I only wished for a pair of silicone heat resistant oven mittens for Xmas. I could have had a pleather red light fridge for only $34k more!
