Jeff's Gourmet Sausages, in L.A.

Some questions about Jeff's Gourmet Sausage:
Can anyone tell me if Jeff's is a sit-down, or just a fast food place?

I know that it's gotten some very good feedback for it's sausages. Is the other deli fare that they serve equally good?

I've never actually eaten sausages aside from frankfurters, salami, and bologna, which I enjoy.
I'm not sure what to order, as far as sausages. Any recommendations would be appreciated, and if possible (?)descriptions of how they taste. Although I don't really know how someone would describe a taste.

I don't particularly care for very hot peppery type foods. I don't know how to interpret what a sweet sausage would be, are they sweet as in sugary?

Finally, back to a question I asked a while ago: Are there any other recommendations for take-out places for Shabbos Meals. I only got the one response, of Pico Kosher Deli - which I appreciate, and plan to check out. I'm talking about places other than restaurants, that sell main, and side dishes by the pound.
Thanks so much!
