Konnichiwa from Tokyo! I am currently studying washoku in Tokyo and one of my cooking instructors will be coming to NYC this fall for about two weeks in late September. She would like to attend some cooking classes while in town. Degustibus comes to mind. Any recommendations? She has just come out with her first cookbook and her second one should be coming out this summer. Talented restaurant chef/owner and this will be her first trip to New York.
