are directly imported from japan.These are usually not available in NY.You'll see many things that you've never seen in your life before.

Nama Yatsuhashi from OTABE - Nama Yatsuhashi is the One of the most traditional kyoto's sweets.It looks like a triangular shape uncooked ravioli.The filling is a sweet red bean paste.Very very soft and delicate texture.Do not cook, just take a bite.
Imo Yo-Kan from FUNAWA - Imo Yo-Kan is a semi sweet pate that is made of a japanese sweet potato. Tokyo's traditional.You may find this in NY, but FUNAWA company makes one of the best.FUNAWA's is usually not available here in NY.
Cream Cheesecake from MOROZOFF - The flag ship product of Kobe's famous old bakery.Now they are too famous and became a mass production company,but their Cream Cheesecake is still very good.It's much less sweeter and more delicate than regular cheesecakes in NY.
