Finally found a Kaiseki-ryori Shabu Shabu restaurant serving Kobe beef !!! This is simply the Best Shabu Shabu place I have found so far in the Great Los Angeles Area. You can find REAL good quality Wanyu / Kobe beef here, as well as real good quality seafood. The moment I walked in, I noticed that EVERY SINGLE TABLE has a red wine with wine glass on their table. Reservation is REQUIRED, otherwise you will get kicked out even the entire restaurant is empty. The Price seems expensive, but if you see the quality of every single dish you are getting, you will realized it's TOTALLY reasonable. The shabu shabu sauce is real authentic ones, unlike any other shabu shabu house you can find. For $38, the quality of the Meat you are getting already can't compare to ANY of those other $20 bucks shabu shabus out there, this is top quality USDA prime steak, it MELTS in your mouth. Very thick cut, and you get SO MANY piece, FRESH! (A lot of the other shabu shabu place has DARK surroundings beef, yuck) The $68 Wanyu not only melts in your mouth, It's like EATING BUTTER!!!! Try the $98 bucks Kobe Beef imported from Japan, I'm sure it will bring you to heaven. Seafood is also really good too. Big Fat Oyster and clams are FRESH, and Real Alaskin King Crab legs. SWEET! Totally different from those Vegas Buffet Cheap Cheap all you can eat ones. even the side dishes are TOP quality TOFU and Mushroom, and after shabu shabu, the chef make us Udon and Rice Soup from the soup, just like in Japan. The desserts are VERY impressive too. Green Tea moose and the creme brulee is my favourite. Entire dining experience totally worth 10 points
