Coffee & Tea 13

Japanese Green Tea

Jason | Feb 16, 2005 11:45 AM

Hi, I recently had dinner a Katsura, a Japanese restaraunt at the Prince hotel - and they served the best green tea I have ever had, it was a brilliant bright green and had a natural, sweet flavour (I believe it may be called matcha, powdered tea or gyokoro).... I have been all over looking in asian stores for it - but cant seem to find the real stuff... just some inexpensive japanese teas (sencha)

any help would be great
